UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT

It was a Saturday night

My thoughts were on a flight

It was raining hard

There was no one along the yard

I think I was missing someone

The show still not begun

The hostel was lifeless

My roommate was there to bless

Both having the same thought

To share there was lot

Standing outside in the rain

Being only us, was a bane

Thinking of someone with us

With a coffee mug to impress

Background soft music on

And nothing to con

Looking deep into the eyes

Finding all truth and no lies

There was nothing to speak

Water felling down like creek

It was silence all around

By it, we were bound

The breeze said something in ears

Time stuck, as if in years

Speaking all through gestures

Both standing, having no chair

These were all dreams

May remain same, as it seems

Waiting for someone unique

The situation will be meek

I will miss these days too

As if missing the morning dew

May be standing with someone unique

And again having nothing to speak

Thinking of past days with room mate

Tears come out, making cheeks wet

Thoughts are thoughts

Will come and go

We will never stop

And will never end the show
